Salutations! Hello! Hi! Hey! How’s it going?

Welcome to Planted In Health!

I want to welcome you to my site. You may find as you get to know me, I love play on words, I find it punny. HA!

Years ago, when I was contemplating a business name I was working with plants, not only as a form for supporting my health and helping me to heal from health complications, but also incorporating plants into my home and my life. I found they contributed to health and wellbeing in many forms and in many ways.

Since I mentioned I like puns, I felt the word ‘planted’ fit my vision of actions that embody wellness. Planted- “to put or set into the ground to grow”, “to set permanently in the consciousness of mind-set”, 1 To get grounded, planted if you will, in your health is the beginning of healing, growth, and becoming the best version of you.

How do you get planted in health?

The same way a seed will grow into a healthy plant. Having a space where you can plant yourself into the process of healing the mind, body, and connections. A space where there is someone to listen when you need to be heard, help you when you need help, and back you up when you feel you need support. Together, we will create the space for you to get planted in your health. A space that is created for your unique needs and where you can explore your own nutritional roots. And this starts with conversations to discover what your body needs to thrive and grow what your mindset is around your body, your health, your life, and the connections you have to YOU and the world around you.

My intentions are to share insights into the ways in which holistic nutrition is an integrative and functional approach to health for the mind, body, and connection (call it spirit if you would like). I will share information on various topics that relate to holistic health and services to help you in process of health.  This is where we will Get Planted In Health.
